1.2 Location Data

In order to provide location-based services (such as tracking loads, optimizing routes, and verifying pick-up/drop-off), we may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application. You can change your access permissions in your device's settings.

1.3 Device Information

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Application, such as your native actions that are integral to the Application, including device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

1.4 Camera and Photos

We may request access to your device's camera and photo gallery to allow you to upload images related to your profile, invoices, purchase orders, load conditions, and other required operational documentation.

1.5 Audio and Microphone

We may request access to your device's microphone for the purpose of recording voice notes, utilizing speech-to-text functionalities, or enabling specific communication features within the App.

1.6 Push Notifications

We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account, job statuses, travel history, or the Application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Application to:

• Process logistical transactions, loads, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Monitor and track loads and provide precise real-time updates.
